Whether you plan to take a journey around your local town, or head off into the unknown, the Travel wallet will help you hold your essential documents and passport in a very secure way. All openings on the wallet face inward and will keep everything in place when snapped securely shut. You can throw it in a bag or backpack without worrying about loss. This wallet comes with an optional chain attachment for an extra element of security. Traveling through risky areas? You can clip the chain to the inside of your bag. Made in my small USA workshop by hand using the finest U.S. Full Grain Leather and Solid Brass Hardware.
The Travel Wallet comes with the renowned and original, American Made Fisher Space Pen. Proven to write in any condition (even upside down). Also included is the U.S.A. made lined Field Notes journal. Now you can keep track of important details while on the road. The wallet itself will fit two passports total if you remove the journal. It will also hold between 8 and 12 cards and a wad of cash once broken in and depending on how you arrange things. Every wallet comes with a free tin of my shop made conditioner, for use after years of abuse. Safe travels!
SIZE:
All Travel Wallets will easily fit 8 – 12 cards and a bit of cash, even more if you allow the leather to stretch. It can hold up to two passports when the notebook is removed.
The Travel Wallet measures 5.75 inches tall x 5 inches wide (146 mm x 127mm) when folded and is about 9/16 inch (14 mm) at its thickest point with both the pen and notebook in the wallet. This wallet slips easily into bags, backpacks and purses and may fit some pockets of pants if they have larger pockets. Measure first if you intend to carry that way!
INCLUDED:
FISHER SPACE PEN – AG7. This is the original fisher space pen used by Nasa on the first space missions. It contains a pressurized ink cartridge that will write under any circumstances. Plus…it is made in the U.S.A. – a rare find these days! Refill cartridges can be found here.
FIELD NOTES JOURNAL – LINED. Refills available here. Also produced in the U.S.A. is the popular Field Notes Journal. This one is lined with 48 pages. Refill packets can be purchased on my site as well.
CHAIN OPTIONS:
Silver Finish
OPTION A – Is a lighter weight steel with nickel plating. It’s about 18 inches long and the chain width is 3/16″ wide.
OPTION B – A nice heavy weight chain made of stainless steel with a stainless steel clip. Measures 18 inches long and a chain width of 7/16″ wide.
OPTION C – A sturdy Full Grain Leather strap is cut to 7/16″ width and riveted to a stainless steel clip on one end and a stainless steel split ring on the other. The leather color will match your wallet. Measures about 18″ long.
OPTION D – This leather chain strap ends in a snapping belt loop meant to go over belts up to 1.75″ wide. Made from one piece of solid full-grain leather, the other end attaches you your wallet via a stainless steel split ring. Leather color will match your wallet. Measures about 18″ long from end to end, 7/16″ width on strap section, and 7/8″ width on snap section.
OPTION F – This chain combines my stainless steel version and a leather belt loop snap so you can fit it over any belt up to 1.75″ wide. The clips are very durable and made of solid brass with nickel plating. Designed to easily clip and unclip from your wallet. This is the top end of wallet chains.

OPTION J – Is a lighter weight solid brass with a luxurious feel, including a solid brass clip and split ring. It’s about 18 inches long and the chain width is 5/16″ wide. Solid brass will develop a beautiful patina as it ages with the wallet.
OPTION K – A nice heavy weight chain made of solid brass with a durable solid brass clip. Measures 18 inches long and a chain width of 3/8″ wide. Solid brass will develop a beautiful patina as it ages with the wallet.
OPTION P – This chain combines my heavyweight solid brass version and a leather belt loop snap so you can fit it over any belt up to 1.75″ wide. The clips are very durable and made of solid brass. Designed to easily clip and unclip from your wallet. This is also the top end of wallet chains you can buy. Solid brass will develop a beautiful patina as it ages with the wallet.
