Secure your holster with the most durable leather gun belt around. Built from the best U.S. Full Grain leather from the top U.S. Tannery (in business since the mid 1800's), and solid brass hardware. The leather we use is extremely fiber-dense and worlds apart from any other belt you have ever owned. These gun belts are thick, yet very comfortable to wear and they develop a rich patina over time, just like a nice pair of leather shoes.
This double layer belt will work great for almost everyone, and steel reinforced is always an option for the heaviest duty applications (full size weapon, extra mags etc.). On double layer belts I sand, slick, burnish and wax the edges. Buckles are held in place using solid brass chicago screws so you can remove or swap them at any point.
This may be the last belt purchase you will ever need. Each gun belt is made by hand here in my small U.S. workshop and I provide a free tin of my shop-made leather conditioner to help keep it in great shape.

This belt is about 1.5 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick (that’s about four stacked quarters).
DOUBLE LAYER STYLE:
Using two layers of the finest U.S. Full Grain leather glued and stitched together for an incredibly durable belt. Most people will find this is the perfect match of durability and versatility especially if you carry different weapons on occasion. It will handle full size weapons fine and even a mag clip or two. The inner facing layer is always Tan to prevent dye rub off, and the outer layer is your choice.
DOUBLE LAYER + STEEL REINFORCEMENT:
By far the strongest gun belt around. You can load up this belt with a full size weapon, several mags and probably a bit more. I use a high grade of spring steel sandwiched in between the leather starting just before the tightest hole setting and ending just before the chicago screws. The belt is highly resistant to pinching on the width and bowing overall. It’s actually still fairly comfortable to wear.
DOUBLE LAYER + WEBBING:
An alternate to the steel core is the nylon webbing reinforcement. Webbing is known for the fact that it will not stretch and when placed inside a double layer full grain belt, it does it’s job well. The leather I use on these belts generally will not stretch much at all after the initial few weeks of break in, but over time if you carry often or carry heavy, then this may be a good compromise.
SIZE:
To get an accurate size measurement use your current belt and place the holster on it in the way you would normally wear it. Note that IWB/concealed holsters typically require a longer belt, so measuring this way will account for that. Then please see the size chart photo for details on how to get your correct belt size by measuring your own belt. Don’t use pants or waist size as it will not work and we cannot exchange or refund for size.
THREAD:
We use an extremely thick thread typically used in the saddle and horse tack industry. It’s meant to be UV resistant and holds up well over time. Currently there are two color options, Natural – which is an off-white color and Black – which may be appropriate for the black colored belts if you prefer.
BUCKLE OPTIONS:
All buckles are made of solid brass and have an outer finish of your choice. Depending on the belt style and width you choose, certain options may not be available. Currently the black PVD buckles are only available in 1.5″ widths.
PERSONALIZATION:
On this belt, personalization will go on the back side on the tan liner next to the maker stamp for all double layer belts. For single layer belts I place it between the two chicago screw on the back side of the buckle area.
Note on the handmade process: Numerous tools and machines are used to make this belt, there may be the occasional marking on the leather. If it cuts into the leather, I always replace the piece before shipping out. Once in a while the sewing machine will ‘skip a stitch’ resulting in one slightly longer stitch about a fraction of a millimeter in length. In order to remedy this I cut that stitch out, and re-stitch about 3 stitches before and 3 after. This in turn technically makes it even stronger.
