First Snow and a Bald Eagle

A few weeks into January and we got our first snow of the season! This year I was prepared, I bought a snow shovel the week prior. However we got a few feet and the roads were blocked anyways. There’s a feeling of relaxation that takes over when you know that there’s nothing you can do but wait it out. It’s kind of like nature enforced a stay-cation.

In other nature news – this guy was spotted just outside the workshop the other day. He’s looking around for lunch, which reminds me – it’s time to head out for mine too. Have a good week!
