The tension screw allows you to adjust your holster’s tightness around your handgun. It makes for a custom fit that you can vary over time. Ultimately it is an easy install, but you will need to make an adjustment to your stitch line against the muzzle. This video demonstrates the quick install process of the screw, posts, and rubber washer.
